Welcome to our captivating Scandinavian Modern Loft project, completed in early 2021. This project has been a breathtaking transformation of a living room, kitchen, dining room, and dinette in a reimagined former furniture factory setting.

Our clients’ vision was realized with a pristine white kitchen adorned with sleek black accents, a refreshingly crisp living room space, and stylish modern leather and metal chair accents. The kitchen remodel showcases custom white matte cabinetry with striking black hardware, complemented by new appliances, including a paneled fridge and double range. The centerpiece is a white quartz island with minimal veining, surrounded by striking black quartz countertops. The space is illuminated by an array of exquisite new pendants, from a large chandelier in the living room to three stunning pendants in the kitchen.

These additions have created inviting and cozy spaces within the expansive open-concept area that encompasses the living room, dining room, dinette, and kitchen. The living room now boasts a captivating fireplace with a brick surround, exuding warmth and charm. The addition of honey oak wood accents in the open shelving built-ins infuses a touch of natural elegance.

Debra Poppen Designs provided the perfect finishing touches with a carefully curated selection of new furniture, including a luxurious grey upholstered sofa sectional, elegant black leather chairs with oak arms, and exquisite iron pedestal end tables with marble tops. This combination of leather, wood, and metal elements has seamlessly brought together a modern and inviting mix of textures, fulfilling the clients’ design dream of a clean and minimalistic space.
