During the Design Concept phase, we begin creating your home's design scheme, optimizing flow and functionality through detailed floor plans while curating furnishing designs. Room by room, we present you with carefully curated palettes and visualizations, offering you the opportunity to see and feel the material combinations, fixtures, and furnishings that our years of experience and expertise have harmoniously blended together. Ultimately this phase leads to a comprehensive Design Concept presentation where your design begins to take shape with an actionable design plan.

Phase 3: Development

Following the Design Concept Presentation and your invaluable feedback, we fine-tune the design, focusing on the finer details and providing quotes based on your custom selections. Once you approve the design direction, we collaborate with trusted contractors to turn your dream home into reality. This phase culminates in design approval and moves forward to the ordering process.

Phase 4: Delivery

In the concluding phase of your home remodeling journey, we seamlessly manage the procurement of furnishings, artwork, and décor, keeping you informed with regular updates and storing items in our warehouse until they are prepared for delivery. When the time arrives, we orchestrate the flawless delivery and setup of every element essential to your new home, ensuring your vision becomes a tangible reality, in a residence that beautifully mirrors your unique style. This means more selection for you and a variety of unique products not available directly to consumers. Deb received her degree from Kendall College of Art and Design. She has 35+ years of experience in the design industry and is passionate about designing and creating spaces you will love. Every year, she regularly attends the High Point Market in North Carolina and NeoCon in Chicago. These trade shows are great for keeping up on trends and new materials introduced into the design world.

We don’t adhere to a specific design style but are influenced by Michigan’s natural beauty in the surrounding waterways. We believe in designing homes that are reflective of our client’s tastes and needs – because most importantly we want YOU to love where YOU live.

We have worked on both residential and commercial projects, with a primary focus on residential. We have worked on projects of all sizes from brand new builds, to complete remodels, to partial renovations, one to two room furnishing projects to whole home furnishings projects.

We have a lot of experience working in the Greater Grand Rapids area, where we are located. Also, we have many projects on along Lake Michigan, including the “other side” of the lake in Chicago. We are available to travel for the right project. Some travel charges exist when working out of GR.
